WHAT THE A+AWARDS MEAN FOR ROSA GRES
This award consolidates Rosa Gres as a leader in porcelain stoneware for the architectural sector at an international level. Rosa Gres focuses its strategy on specialization and concentrates on developing outdoor paving, industrial paving y cladding for swimming pools. The 2016 A+AWARDS also represent a major vote of confidence, a recognition of the challenge the company has successfully faced by specializing in design and product innovation.
DETAILS OF THE WINNING PRODUCT
The winning product is the fruit of more than 40 years devoted to researching and developing solutions for the design and construction of swimming pools. There are two grid models made from porcelain stoneware for overflow pools. Their design is based on a single but highly demanding idea: to create the perfect grid. The result is a product that is so innovative and functional that its virtues spoke for themselves at the A+AWARDS. The grid models in question are known as Compact and Flex.
The two models are manufactured in 100% porcelain stoneware and their innovative design improves both the aesthetics and the water drainage and collection capacity of overflow swimming pools.
Rosa Gres refers to the Compact grid model as the “invisible grid” because once it is fitted it is totally integrated into the edge of the swimming pool: such “invisibility” accounts for the “lake effect” that makes overflow pools so special.
The Flex grid model is the perfect solution for curved-edge pools because it facilitates fitting and enhances the finish. The two products are made in more than 30 colors, a potentially useful feature that helps architects customize the aesthetics of their projects.
