The Beauty of Traditional Ceramics Reborn.

Deco Artis is a journey back to the origins of traditional ceramics, where the alchemy of glazes and the mastery of craftsmanship converge in every tile. Inspired by the handmade pieces of the past, this collection was born from a close collaboration with the CAVE ARTIS Ceramic Expression Workshop, where artisanal skill and experimentation were essential in reviving the authenticity of original finishes. The goal: to capture the magic of reactive glazes and their unpredictable behavior on raw clay, bringing them faithfully into contemporary production without losing their one-of-a-kind character.

To achieve this, countless reactive glaze formulations were developed, applied, and kiln-fired in small, handcrafted batches. As the glossy granules melted into the surface, they created a unique sense of depth, natural variation, and spontaneous texture—turning every tile into a testament to time and tradition. This delicate balance between chemistry and chance is what gives Deco Artis its unmatched beauty, with each tile appearing as though shaped directly by the artisan’s hand.

The collection is available in two textured formats with different brick-style compositions:

A 12.6" × 24.6" tile featuring two rows of thirteen narrow bricks, replicating the irregularities of handmade craftsmanship.

Modular square formats in 13,1" × 13,1" and 6.5" × 6.5", where small bricks are arranged around a central tile, forming harmonious, geometric compositions full of texture and movement.

The Deco Artis color palette pays tribute to the most iconic tones of traditional ceramics:

Green evokes ancient blue-green glazes.

Blue recalls the rich depth of timeless cobalt and spinel hues.

Salvia offers a fresh, timeworn patina that feels naturally aged.

Moca brings the warmth of fired clay, enveloping and earthy.

Clay embodies raw, organic beauty, connecting us back to the material’s purest essence.
