Valencia, Spain – Tile of Spain branded manufacturer Porcelanosa will host an event to commemorate the grand reopening of their flagship showroom in Miami. To commemorate the event, Porcelanosa will host an open house on April 20, from 6-8 pm. Visitors can view the newly remodeled and expanded showroom and visit with Spanish celebrity Isabel Preysler as well as prominent civic and business leaders from both sides of the Atlantic.
A thorough redesign of the space increased the size of the showroom by 5,000 square feet allowing Porcelanosa to show new applications and product lines. This includes an entirely new kitchen department with full-size, fully equipped kitchens. One is even a working unit. Other new sections showcase Porcelanosa’s capabilities in hardwood, walk-in closets, a project area and design space for partnering professionals.
Part of the design for this $2 million renovation includes a more open layout that is conducive to customer access to product selections throughout the 17,000-square-foot showroom. The space features more than 50 vignettes that recreate bathroom settings with tile and bath fixture compositions. Porcelanosa also updated the façade and exterior walkways, equipped the building with new signage and LED lighting, and improved accessibility.
